Shipping & Delivery

How long after ordering is my order shipped?

All our jewelry pieces are made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days.

Which carrier do you use?

We primarily ship via UPS and USPS for domestic orders. For international shipments, your local national mail carrier will handle delivery once the package enters your country.

How long does it take to arrive?

We ship our orders directly from our specialized production partners in the USA (Florida & New Jersey).    

  • USA: 2-5 business days
  • Canada: 4-10 business days
  • Europe: 2-7 business days
  • Australia/NZ: 5-15 business days
  • Rest of the World: 5-20 business days

Please note: International packages may occasionally face delays due to customs processing in your country.

What about customs fees and taxes?

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT in the EU) once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are payable by the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs office for specific guidance on fees for items shipped from the USA.

I didn’t receive my order

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please email us at contact@wrappedandwonderful.com with your order number. We will investigate and help track down your package.

 

Cancellations & Issues

Can I cancel or change my order?

Because we begin production quickly, cancellations or changes are only possible if your order has not yet entered the production phase. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
Note: Custom-made or personalized products are final sale once production begins.

My item is damaged or incorrect

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product, please contact our support team immediately at contact@wrappedandwonderful.com and include a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you as soon as possible.
Important: Do not return items without prior authorization from our team.

30-Day Remake Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you have concerns about the final look of your item, please reach out to us. We offer a 30-day remake policy from the date of purchase to ensure your total satisfaction.

Product Appearance

We make every effort to accurately represent our designs. Some listings use high-quality life-like renderings to show the design details. If you feel your item has a manufacturing defect, please send photos and your order ID to our support team for review.
