Currently, our jewelry pieces come with the specific heartfelt messages shown in the product images. However, we are constantly launching new designs! If you have a specific request, feel free to email us.

Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?

Yes! Our pieces are crafted from high-quality stainless steel and finished with 14k or 18k gold. They are nickel-free and designed for sensitive skin.


Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship from?

All orders are handcrafted and dispatched directly from our specialized production facilities in the USA (Florida or New Jersey).

How long will it take to receive my order?

  • USA: 2-5 business days after production.
  • International: 7-21 business days depending on your location.

Please allow 1-3 business days for us to hand-prepare your order.

How can I track my package?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow its journey directly on the carrier's website.


Returns & Refunds

What if my item arrives damaged?

We’ve got you covered. Please email us at contact@wrappedandwonderful.com with a photo of the damaged item within 30 days, and we will send you a replacement for free.

Can I return a personalized item?

Because personalized items are made specifically for you, they are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
